1. What we collect
StoreFrame is primarily a client-side tool. Most processing happens in your browser. We may collect the following:
- Usage analytics — aggregated, cookieless page-view counts via Plausible Analytics (when configured). No personal identifiers are stored.
- Error reports — stack traces and request metadata via Sentry (when configured) to diagnose crashes. Sentry captures no passwords or payment data.
- Images you upload — processed in-browser or transiently on our servers to generate screenshots. We do not persist your images.
2. Local storage & IndexedDB
StoreFrame stores your project data (layouts, colour schemes, export settings) in your browser's localStorage and/or IndexedDB. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.
3. Third-party services
- OpenRouter — AI-powered background and design suggestions are routed through OpenRouter when you supply an API key. Prompts may be processed by third-party LLM providers under their own privacy policies.
- Plausible Analytics (optional) — cookieless, GDPR-compliant analytics. See plausible.io/privacy.
- Sentry (optional) — error monitoring. See sentry.io/privacy.
4. Cookies
StoreFrame does not set first-party cookies. Plausible Analytics (when enabled) is cookieless by design.
5. Data retention
We do not operate a user database. Transient server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.
