1. Acceptance
By accessing or using StoreFrame ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
StoreFrame is a browser-based tool for creating app-store screenshots, feature graphics, and related marketing assets. AI-assisted features require a third-party API key (OpenRouter) supplied by you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features.
- Resell or sublicence the Service without prior written consent.
- Upload content to which you do not have the necessary rights.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all images and assets you upload. You grant StoreFrame a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those assets solely to provide the Service. Output assets generated by the Service are yours to use subject to the licences of any third-party AI models involved.
5. Third-party services
AI background and design features are powered by OpenRouter and underlying model providers. Their terms and acceptable-use policies apply to your use of those features. StoreFrame is not responsible for third-party service availability or output quality.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoreFrame and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
